This lovely gathering will leave you filled with community connection, and total relaxation through yoga nidra (a meditation technique done laying down) and a healing sound bath with crystal singing bowls. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort. La Bergerie will generously provide wine and fruit infused water. This is a free community event. No registration necessary.
