Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra Fusion

Slow Flow is a slower paced vinyasa style practice. You will move mindfully at a softer tempo, while linking movement to breath and exploring your edge with ease. Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique often referred to as “yogic sleep” and is done lying down. It is shown that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep and promotes essential healing within the body and mind. This practice is accessible and suited for all levels.
