October Happiest Hour

Join us at Hoffman Haus for our monthly Happiest Hour!   This lovely gathering will leave you filled with community connection, and total relaxation through yoga nidra (a meditation technique done laying down) and a healing sound bath with crystal  singing bowls.  Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort.  La Bergerie will generously provide wine and fruit infused water.   This is a free community event.  No registration necessary.  Everyone is welcome!
